Tieto podmienky používania (ďalej len „Podmienky“) upravujú vzťah medzi prevádzkovateľom služby bugroulette.com (ďalej len „Prevádzkovateľ“) a každou osobou, ktorá službu používa (ďalej len „Používateľ“).
Používaním služby Používateľ súhlasí s týmito Podmienkami v plnom rozsahu. Ak s nimi nesúhlasí, nesmie službu používať.
Bug Roulette je bezplatný webový nástroj, ktorý umožňuje náhodne (alebo nie celkom náhodne) prideliť opravu chyby členovi tímu pomocou rotujúceho kolesa. Služba je výhradne na zábavné a produktívne účely v rámci softvérových tímov.
Služba pracuje kompletne v prehliadači Používateľa. Prevádzkovateľ neuchováva žiadne tímy, mená, popisy chýb ani výsledky losovaní na žiadnom serveri. Zdieľanie funguje výlučne formou odkazov, kde sú údaje zakódované priamo v URL adrese.
Používateľ sa zaväzuje nepoužívať službu na žiadny z nasledujúcich účelov:
Prevádzkovateľ si vyhradzuje právo zablokovať obsah, ktorý zjavne porušuje tieto pravidlá, prostredníctvom filtrov a iných technických opatrení.
Mená, popisy chýb, poznámky a iné údaje zadané do služby sú výhradne obsahom Používateľa, ktorý ich zadal. Prevádzkovateľ tento obsah negeneruje, nemoderuje pred zdieľaním ani neuchováva.
Keď Používateľ vytvorí zdieľaný odkaz, obsah je zakódovaný v URL adrese. Akýkoľvek obsah, ktorý sa zobrazí pri otvorení takého odkazu, vytvoril používateľ, ktorý odkaz pôvodne vygeneroval — nie Prevádzkovateľ.
Používateľ, ktorý zdieľaný odkaz vytvorí a šíri, nesie plnú právnu zodpovednosť za jeho obsah.
Ak narazíte na zdieľaný odkaz alebo obsah, ktorý porušuje tieto Podmienky alebo platné zákony, prosíme nahláste ho na e-mailovú adresu abuse@bugroulette.com. Do správy uveďte odkaz na inkriminovaný obsah a stručný popis problému.
Prevádzkovateľ sa snaží reagovať na opodstatnené nahlásenia v primeranej lehote, avšak negarantuje konkrétny čas odozvy.
Služba je poskytovaná „tak ako je“ a „ako je k dispozícii“, bez akýchkoľvek záruk, výslovných ani konkludentných, vrátane (ale nielen) záruk obchodovateľnosti, vhodnosti na konkrétny účel, nepretržitej dostupnosti, bezchybnosti alebo bezpečnosti.
Prevádzkovateľ nezaručuje, že služba bude dostupná nepretržite, že bude bez chýb, ani že výsledky losovania budú v akomkoľvek právnom alebo morálnom zmysle „spravodlivé“. Služba je určená na zábavu a nemá byť používaná na žiadne kritické rozhodovanie.
V maximálnom rozsahu povolenom platným právom Prevádzkovateľ nezodpovedá za:
Služba neuchováva osobné údaje na strane servera, pretože nemá vlastný server na ukladanie dát. V prehliadači Používateľa sú lokálne (v localStorage) uložené iba nepodstatné nastavenia, ako napríklad zvolený jazyk rozhrania.
Na meranie agregovanej návštevnosti služba používa Google Analytics. Tieto údaje sú anonymné a slúžia výlučne na zlepšenie služby.
Žiadne mená, popisy chýb, poznámky ani výsledky losovania nie sú odosielané na žiadne servery Prevádzkovateľa.
Zdrojový kód, dizajn a značka služby sú chránené príslušnými právnymi predpismi. Používateľ ich nesmie kopírovať, upravovať ani inak používať bez výslovného súhlasu Prevádzkovateľa, s výnimkou bežného používania služby v súlade s týmito Podmienkami.
Obsah, ktorý Používateľ zadá do služby, zostáva jeho vlastníctvom. Používateľ udeľuje Prevádzkovateľovi nevyhnutnú technickú licenciu na to, aby služba mohla tento obsah spracovať a zobraziť v rozsahu potrebnom na jej fungovanie.
Keďže služba je výhradne webová aplikácia bežiaca v prehliadači Používateľa a Prevádzkovateľ nemá žiadny server, ktorý by uchovával používateľské účty alebo obsah, Prevádzkovateľ nemá technickú možnosť zablokovať konkrétneho používateľa ani odstrániť už raz vytvorený zdieľaný odkaz, keďže ten existuje výhradne v rukách osôb, ktoré ho šíria.
Prevádzkovateľ si však vyhradzuje právo, kedykoľvek a bez predchádzajúceho upozornenia:
Prevádzkovateľ môže tieto Podmienky kedykoľvek aktualizovať. Aktuálne znenie je vždy dostupné na tejto stránke s vyznačením dátumu poslednej aktualizácie. Pokračovaním v používaní služby po zmene Podmienok Používateľ vyjadruje súhlas s ich novým znením.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between the operator of the bugroulette.com service (“Operator”) and any person who uses the service (“User”).
By using the service, the User fully agrees to these Terms. If the User does not agree, they must not use the service.
Bug Roulette is a free web tool that lets you randomly (or not so randomly) assign a bug to a teammate by spinning a wheel. The service is intended solely for entertainment and productivity purposes within software teams.
The service runs entirely in the User's browser. The Operator does not store any teams, names, bug descriptions, or draw results on any server. Sharing works exclusively through links in which the data is encoded directly into the URL.
The User agrees not to use the service for any of the following:
The Operator reserves the right to block content that obviously violates these rules through filters and other technical measures.
Names, bug descriptions, notes, and other data entered into the service are solely the content of the User who entered them. The Operator does not generate, pre-moderate, or store this content.
When a User creates a shared link, the content is encoded into the URL. Any content shown when such a link is opened was created by the user who originally generated the link — not by the Operator.
The User who creates and shares a link bears full legal responsibility for its content.
If you encounter a shared link or content that violates these Terms or applicable law, please report it to abuse@bugroulette.com. Include the link to the offending content and a brief description of the problem.
The Operator aims to respond to legitimate reports within a reasonable time but does not guarantee any specific response time.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including (but not limited to) warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, continuous availability, freedom from defects, or security.
The Operator does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the outcomes of the wheel will be “fair” in any legal or moral sense. The service is meant for fun and must not be used for any critical decision-making.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for:
The service does not store personal data on the server side because it has no backend server for storing data. Only non-essential settings (such as the chosen interface language) are stored locally in the User's browser (in localStorage).
For aggregate traffic measurement, the service uses Google Analytics. This data is anonymous and is used solely to improve the service.
No names, bug descriptions, notes, or draw results are sent to any Operator-owned servers.
The source code, design, and branding of the service are protected by applicable laws. The User may not copy, modify, or otherwise use them without the express consent of the Operator, except for ordinary use of the service in line with these Terms.
Content that the User enters into the service remains their own. The User grants the Operator the technical license strictly necessary for the service to process and display that content.
Because the service is a purely browser-based web application and the Operator runs no server that would store user accounts or content, the Operator has no technical ability to ban a specific user or to remove a shared link once it has been created, since such links exist solely in the hands of the people who distribute them.
